Start by taking out everything that shouldn't be in your vehicle. You may want to grab a laundry basket or something else to put items in that you can organize later. Put all of the trash in the trash can or a trash bag. Once everything is out of your vehicle, brush everything onto the floor that is debris or dirt. Take out your car mats and shake them off.
If you have time to vacuum, hook up your small car vacuum or a vacuum from your home and get the seats and the edges around your floor mats as quickly as possible. Take a rag and dust off the interior console and dashboard.
